Any IC threads that have been sitting idle for over two weeks, or have been finished, will be locked and placed here. Any member can apply to have a thread moves to it's orginal place, though it will only be moved with good reason. A separate sub board has been set aside for character bios of those who have fallen inactive and/or want their character deleted.
