The Padded Cell is the local tavern, the only place for miles where you can get a drink and good company, all in one place. Townsfolk meet here and gossip all they want and there are small televisions set up all over to watch the various sports games. Of course, there are still laws about drinking, but it's really up to the bartender to decide who's too young.
