Many years ago, a fire consumed what was once a proud house on the outskirts of town. Though the townsfolk hardly talk of this incident, there is rumor that the previous occupant - who was consumed in the fire - was a witch, making a pact with the devil that somehow went awry. Regardless of the rumor, nobody is permitted on the grounds.
